The team A small crew that loves Tarifa
From a lake near Hanover to the Strait of Gibraltar: we are a small team that turned its passion into a job.
How it all started
We met at the Steinhuder Meer near Hanover, where we took our first steps on kites, windsurf boards and wings.
After that we worked as kite, windsurf and SUP instructors at stations in Denmark, Germany, the Netherlands, Portugal, Spain and South Africa. The idea for our own school came from conversations with guests who wanted to spend more time by the sea without giving up their job.
Tarifa was the obvious answer: short trips to the spots, a mild climate and a relaxed vibe. Today Tarifa Surf Club is a meeting point for kiters, surfers and digital nomads, offering everything from first beginner lessons to wave riding and kite foiling.
